Definition of Occupation

Designs, develops and maintains a large collection of related data organized into cross-referenced files that are stored on computers. Uses database management system (DBMS) software to organize, collect and store data. Ensures database is easily and efficiently accessible by users. Database may vary in size and type of application. This is not an entry-level position.
