Develops policies and procedures for registration of students and maintenance of academic, demographic and enrollment records. Certifies students for graduation and prepares diplomas. Directs staff activities and manages office operations. Works with other administrative officials in developing institutional plans and implementing academic policy. Employed by colleges, universities and many trade and technical schools.
