Definition of Occupation

Trained artist/entertainer who performs rhythmic body movements to music to express or interpret ideas or tell a story. Dancer: May perform classical ballet, modern dance or ballet, Broadway-style theater, tap, jazz, ethnic or ballroom dance etc. Usually concentrates on one style but learns others. Teacher: Instructs individuals or groups (young children to mature adults) either privately, in studios or dance schools. May teach in K-12 and college/university.
